Generate lots of ideas for possible solutions. Open your mind. Have no boundaries and believe your creative confidence. Brainstorm around your “How might we” questions.
Do not check for feasability and viability. This is done later during prioritization. If you get stucked, play with constrains or think how would other charaters (Bart Simpson, Superman…) solve this problem.
Review Brainstorming rules and gather your team around the wall. Start with sharing your ideas from silent brainstorming. Listening carefully and build on each others’ ideas.
Everyone on the team will vote for two ideas that you think is most innovative. Than vote again for the idea that you think is most likely to succeed. Select the most promising ideas and set them aside. Is there consensus?
Align your team around the idea you'll be prototyping. Check how it relates back to the design challenge your team is trying to solve, and what its potential benefits could be.
Name the selected idea.
Describe the idea.
Answer how will this idea have impact on the challenge you are addressing.
